Our Pro-Start Program teaches the fundamentals of selling real estate and gives our agents the confidence needed to start a new career. At John Hall & Associates you are provided with exceptional training from Marge Lindsay, Vice President and Director of Training. Marge has long been regarded as one of the top instructors in the nation. She leads new agents through an intensive two-week training program that uses current materials and situations from actual real estate events. Continuing Education & Renewal Hours
Continuing Education is vital for agents to stay current in this dynamic, ever-changing industry. For more than 30 years, John Hall & Associates has sponsored monthly seminars. These discussion/training sessions enable agents to obtain renewal hours at no charge. Our monthly office meetings with Jim Sexton, owner/broker and Marge Lindsay, VP and Director of Training help John Hall agents stay informed on ever-changing market conditions and industry rules & regulations. The leadership at John Hall & Associates has successfully guided agents through “up markets” and transitional markets. They know what needs to be communicated to agents in order to keep them focused and moving forward, regardless of market conditions.

Flexible Commission Plans
John Hall & Associates offers some of the most advantageous commission plans available. We have developed a variety of options that enable you to choose the one that works best for you. We offer both 100% plans and No Monthly Fee plans. When considering 100% companies, make sure you find out what their bottom line is; the amount you take home. Not all plans are the same! Also, at John Hall & Associates agents are able to develop teams or work with partners for reduced fees.

At John Hall & Associates, we emphasize support for our agents. The leadership and philosophy of John Hall & Associates sets an example for others in the real estate industry. For new agents, we have mentors or field trainers, a sales manager for the Pro-Start program, associate brokers, and our designated broker. Through our extraordinary chain of support, Jim Sexton, owner/broker is available to all agents. He regularly speaks at 5 office meetings each month. These meetings are designed to keep agents informed of changes in industry regulations and answer any questions that might arise.

We've got it! The Technology Department at John Hall & Associates stays up-to-date through advanced training classes, regional and national conventions, trade publications, listening to agent needs, and meetings with service providers. The company intranet provides valuable real estate information for John Hall agents 24/7. It includes company information, forms and an updated calendar of events. Agents are able to access the John Hall Intranet from any Internet connection. Additionally, John Hall & Associates provides high-speed wireless Internet in all branch offices so your wireless devices will work from any desk or office. We also have high-speed Internet connections in every office computer room. Our computer rooms contain the latest industry software available, i.e. Top Producer, Zip Forms, MS Word, Internet and MLS access. We also provide a high-speed network laser printer, high-speed fax machine, and a high-speed network copier in every office. Company e-mail addresses are also available for all agents.

Convenient Office Locations
John Hall & Associates has 5 convenient offices around the Valley; Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Central Phoenix, North Phoenix, Tempe and Arrowhead/ Glendale. Agents have access to all offices 24/7. Each office is fully staffed seven days a week. A John Hall employee answers the phones Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm, and Saturday & Sunday 9am-4pm. All offices are supplied with desks, copiers, faxes, forms, computer rooms, and conference rooms. Private offices are available for lease.
